As the Summer in the UK comes to an end (boo!), we have one last 'heatwave' at the end of September (woohoo!) that we can look forward to before Autumn.
This September a 7-day 'heatwave' has been forecast between Thursday 19th and Wednesday 25th 2024, with temperatures of 20°C, feeling more like 25°C in some parts of the UK. It will be bright, so make sure you have sunglasses with 100% UV Protection to actually protect your eyes (as well as looking good) with Polarised lenses to reduce glare, like the Jake Ellis® Comptons™.
Because of the high pressure causing the rise in temperature, there is also the high chance of thunderstorms, more so towards the end of the week with some light rain expect too as temperatures cool off.
