We've built our reputation on quality products and excellent value for money. That's why your Jake Ellis® Comptons™ are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.
The Jake Ellis® Lifetime Guarantee covers the Comptons™ frames in case of Manufacturer's Defects and Accidental Breakage. If your Jake Ellis® Comptons™ frames break, we'll repair or replace them, free of charge, just pay delivery.

Why do we offer such a generous Guarantee?
Repairing products is better for the planet, and a better use of your money, than needlessly replacing them.
Are there any exclusions to the Guarantee?
The Jake Ellis® Lifetime Guarantee does not cover general wear, lens scratches, loss or theft.
Does the Guarantee cover lens scratches?
The Jake Ellis® Lifetime Guarantee does not cover lens scratches. Jake Ellis® lenses are scratch-resistant but unfortunately it is not possible to make scratch-proof lenses.
Are the Adventurers™ and Earls™ covered by the Guarantee?
No, the Adventurers™ and Earls™ are not covered by any guarantee because they are an older range that is being discontinued. The Comptons™ are covered, and future products will be too.
How do I make a Guarantee Claim?
Please contact us with the required information listed below to make a Guarantee Claim. As soon as we receive your claim we'll review and get back to you within 3 working days.
Send us an email with the Required Information:
- Order Number - If ordered online.
- Proof of Purchase - If purchased in-store.
- Photo(s) of Product - To show damage.

What if I purchased before the Lifetime Guarantee was announced?
If you purchased a pair of Comptons™ before 12/04/2024, either online or in-store, you are still covered by the 365 Day Guarantee.
For in-store purchases between 01/03/2024 and 11/04/2024, please make sure you register your 365 Day Guarantee online within 30 days of purchase otherwise you will not be able to make a claim.
