12-Month Guarantee

The Jake Ellis Comptons 12-Month Guarantee is available for the Jake Ellis Comptons sunglasses only. This includes any and all accidental damage. The guarantee can be used up to one time per pair of sunglasses.

Depending on the type of damage, we’ll suggest either a replacement or spare parts.

A delivery charge of £5 applies to receive the replacement or spare parts.

Replacements and spare parts arrive in plain packaging with no box or accessories.

Alternatively, if we have suggested a replacement would be better in your case, you can choose to pay just £24.95 for a brand new fully boxed replacement. This includes the delivery charge.

30-Day Return

We also offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns only cover a refund on the product, not the postage. If your postage was included, we will deduct £10 for the postage costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refunded amount. Once we have received your item(s), it can take up to 10 working days to receive the funds into your account.
